Shipping Policy

We use various packaging materials for shipping our products. Common methods include bundling, boxing, using large containers, or shrink-wrapping pallets. Orders are typically shipped via courier (such as FedEx), LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipments, full truckload, or container shipping, and self-pickup is also available.
General Shipping Information
Courier Package Shipping (FedEx/USPS)
- Some items are packaged in small boxes and are usually shipped by courier services like FedEx or USPS rather than by truck.
- Shipping multiple boxes at once is generally more economical, as the cost per additional box is lower than that for the first box.
- In some cases, to reduce shipping costs, we can repack certain pallet items into boxes—especially for residential deliveries requiring lift gate service.
- Depending on the number of boxed items in an order, consolidating them onto a single pallet for LTL shipping may be more cost-effective.
- Our sales and logistics teams will work closely with you to ensure the best possible shipping solution and cost.
- Unless otherwise specified, all shipping quotes and shipments are based on minimal default insurance.
LTL Shipping (Less Than Truckload)
- LTL shipping applies to orders ranging from 1 to 6 pallets. If an order exceeds 6 pallets, it may need to be consolidated into 6 pallets and shipped either in two LTL shipments or as a full truckload.
- Prior to order confirmation, we will provide you with the optimal shipping solution based on factors such as the weight and type of goods, whether a lift gate is required, the number of pallets, the destination distance, and whether the delivery address is residential or commercial.
Notes:
- Residential pallet deliveries typically require a lift gate to unload the goods to the ground.
- Residential deliveries and lift gate services generally incur additional fees. If possible, we recommend using a commercial address or picking up from a local terminal to save on costs.
- For safety and insurance reasons, carriers usually prohibit customers from climbing onto the truck to unload goods. Commercial addresses without loading equipment will also require lift gate service. Residential LTL deliveries often incur additional fees ranging from $25 to $75, and trucks with lift gates may charge similar fees.
- Deliveries are typically limited to curbside or loading docks; drivers will not deliver goods into garages or indoor storage areas, so please plan your own unloading arrangements.
- Before signing the Bill of Lading, please inspect the pallets and their shrink wrap. If you notice any signs of tampering—such as opened, disturbed, or missing items—please note this on the Bill of Lading. Failure to record discrepancies may affect future claims.
Full Truckload Shipping
- Full truckload shipping refers to pallet shipments loaded into a truck, with a fixed fee based on destination and mileage, regardless of whether the truck is fully loaded.
- For large orders that are not economically viable for LTL shipping, full truckload shipping is usually more cost-effective. You can choose whether lift gate service is required; if a truck with a lift gate is selected, the fee may be higher. In such cases, renting a forklift for unloading might be more economical, especially for long-distance shipments.
Full Truckload Receiving Notes:
- Ensure that your area is suitable for receiving trucks (consider street width, parking, and reversing conditions).
- Make sure you have sufficient manpower and equipment for unloading, and inform the supplier in advance of the date and time you can receive the goods, as well as whether you require prior notification of the truck’s arrival.
- Typically, unloading time is limited to 2 hours; exceeding this may incur detention fees, so please arrange sufficient manpower to avoid extra charges.
- Shipping fees do not include labor costs; drivers generally do not assist with unloading (unless lift gate service is arranged).
- Each truck is equipped with a unique seal number; please verify that the seal number matches the one recorded on the packing list.
- Most orders can be shipped via regular over-the-road trucking; however, for some long-distance deliveries, rail transport may be more economical. Rail shipping procedures are similar to full truckload procedures but typically take longer (generally 10 to 15 days) compared to 1 to 6 business days for truck shipments.
- Unless otherwise specified, all shipping quotes and shipments are based on minimal default insurance.

Self-Pickup Service
We offer warehouse self-pickup service. Please note the following:
- When picking up, ensure that the goods you ordered can fit entirely into your vehicle; partially opened pallets are not eligible for partial returns.
- Bring sufficient tie-downs or straps to secure your shipment.
- Dispose of any unwanted packaging materials or trash in the provided containers—do not leave discarded materials in the parking lot.
- If you do not require wooden pallets, please return them to the designated area or ask a staff member for assistance.
- On-site loading assistance is limited. If you sign a potential damage disclaimer, our team can assist with using a forklift to load full pallets into your vehicle, but manual loading assistance is not provided. If you are unable to unload your order yourself, we can help arrange competitive shipping services.
- Please note that heavy machinery operates in our parking/loading area. Exercise extreme caution and ensure that pets and children are kept at a safe distance.
